This time, I show you how the mock-up fuselage is being built. We use this fuselage as training before building it out of real carbon fiber which is way more expensive in case we do some errors. It is also used to derive the forms for the interior from and to check if the cockpit is as ergonomic as we want it to be. The part is built using the vacuum infusion process and this video shows you how it is done.
