Hose-binding machine ESB 69

The motor driven binding machine was designed for save and high quality wire binding of fire hoses with couplings from 38 to 110 mm (1 1/2 " to 4") inner diameter according to actual standards. The machine is operated by a pedal-operated switch (forward/backward), the chassis is made out of blue painted steel sheets, with 2 stop-wheels and 2 steerable wheels and a multiple beech-wooden plate on the top. A gear-motor 400 V (optional 230 V) with a special chucking device for holding the couplings is fixed upon this plate. Special chucking devices are also available for working with bigger coupligns (max. 150 mm / 6" inner diameter) or smaller couplings (min. 25 mm / 1" inner diameter). At the back of the table there is a fixture for a special wire-spool. Plastic spools with different types of binding wire will be available. The wire will be rewinded automatically during the binding process. A special gear will protect an unregulted rewinding. With the readyfor-use-spools the changing of the wire or the recharge of the wire could be done in a very easy and safety way, less than 1 minute! The wire tension will be adjusted by a wire brake, so the tension of the binding wire can be hold during the whole binding process according to each wire type. The new quick-release equipment makes the laying in of the binding wire extremly easy and without modifying the wire-tension. All these points can be done with an easy and quick handling and gives a very safe working for professional users. The rotating-table, consists of one turnable steel-bowl, stores the hose-coil during the binding process. Driven by a seperate motor which is synchronized with the motor of the jaw chucks, the rotating bowl turns around with the same speed of the chucks, and prevends the twisting of the hose-coil. The binding machine is equipped witch a emergency switch, 5 m elec. cable with CEE-plug 16 A, special key for the jaw chucks and a manual binding-wire guideline.
