Running StreamDiffusion on your local system can be quite a challenge. The software installation side of this has been greatly improved with community tools but there’s still a barrier of hardware: you need a big and expensive GPU for StreamDiffusion to run anywhere near real-time. This hinders a lot of artist’s from being able to experiment and design with these tools in mind.
In this tutorial, Andrew shows you how to use Daydream’s hosted StreamDiffusion platform to run real-time genAI models even if your local hardware and GPU might not be able to handle them. We also take a look at multi-ControlNets and how you can fine tune the output of your StreamDiffusion setups to get closer to the kind of results you want.
