I was gonna cook up some filet mignon steaks in the Hot Logic Mini for dinner, so I thought I'd record it for you guys. I was going for a medium to medium-rare, but cooked on each side for an hour they came out medium-well. Maybe next time I'll cook them for 45 min each side to try to get more of a medium cook.
