Process & Technology Our machines utilize advanced Hot Melt Adhesive Technology integrated with medicinal or herbal formulations. The active medicine is first dissolved in oil. This oil–medicine mixture is blended with Hot Melt Adhesive to form a homogeneous medicated adhesive. The adhesive is coated at controlled grammage onto the release liner using our precision Hot Melt Coating Machine. The coated layer is laminated with the backing material. The laminate is then punched or die-cut into the required size and shape of patches. Finished patches are individually packed in PET/Aluminium/LDPE laminated pouches, ensuring barrier protection and long shelf life.
