Recipe For a Single Batch
1 1/2 cups vinegar
1 c water
1 T sugar (I doubled)
1 tsp salt [(kosher or canning) I doubled]
Per Jar
1 clove garlic or 1 tsp minced
1 tsp pickling spice
1 tsp red pepper flakes
jalapeno to taste
