In this time lapse project, I filmed differentdissolved egg shells in vinegar (acetic acid) then pulling out the remaining water with corn syrup. After I had to solved the shells of the eggs with vinegar, I submerged the eggs in corn syrup, and took time lapse shots of the eggs shrinking due to rapid osmotic change across the egg membrane due to the solute concentration difference between the membranes and solution. I also filmed some time lapse shots of egg shells dissolving in vinegar, and separating the egg shells from their membranes. You can do these science experiments at home with any chicken egg and household table vinegar. I overall found these satisfying time lapse videos to watch. Time Lapse Laboratory is focused on Narrated time lapses, and this video is one of many narrated time lapse videos on this channel.
