While digging through the files I saw that every spell as a Dex Casting Speed Min and Max, and its almost 10 min and 70 Max. So I wanted to check to see how much Dex changes your cast speed.
Radagaons Icon is +30 to this cast speed, and the Azur Staff is +40 so you can feasibly get max cast speed with no dex investment. I just wanted to see what it was like with Pure Dex Scaling, and maybe a LITTLE bit without requiring a specific weapon to use.
Theres also a cast speed talisman which you can combine with the staff, so theres plenty of options to run no dex if you want.
