When your timing is off, disc golf can be no fun. Coming back after a hiatus usually takes some work to get back into the rhythm of your throws. Do you have a consistent place to work on it that allows you to gauge how you are doing and quickly see where your timing may need some adjustments. I was feeling better when I started this video and then after throwing a massive number of 11 throws I was starting to feel worn out again. Should have gone home instead of trying to play league. Shot my worst round in years and felt miserable... turns out my timing was good for about 11 shots. :D But, we press on towards the goal! :D Hope you folks are doing well!
