How Does Zero-Touch Provisioning (ZTP) Work?
Start learning cybersecurity with CBT Nuggets. https://courses.cbt.gg/security In this video, CBT Nuggets trainer Knox Hutchinson covers zero-touch provisioning and the steps a Junos device follows to get brought into the network. With ZTP, it's possible to bring your Junos device onto a network with all of the correct settings, configurations and even images ready to go with no input from you. Knox walks through the ZTP process and how it works with DHCP to accomplish its automatic configuration. Juniper devices, by default, run as a DHCP client on two interfaces. As long as those interfaces are somehow plugged into a DHCP server, the device will get its IP address. Once it has an IP address, the device can run its zero-touch provisioning operations. Watch to see the steps that go into the process. 🌐 Download the Free Ultimate Networking Cert Guide: https://blog.cbt.gg/m4zh ⬇️ 13-Week Study Plan: CCNA (200-301): https://blog.cbt.gg/wb4t Start learning with CBT Nuggets: • Describe Network Switch Functions and How to Locate Network Devices | https://courses.cbt.gg/8s0
