How I Commit Without Feeling Confident

Confidence doesn’t show up before you start. It only builds after you commit. Most of us live our lives in a permanent "someday" mode, waiting until we feel 100% ready, capable, or confident. But our brains are naturally wired to protect us from risk, meaning that feeling of perfect readiness will never show up. If you are waiting for a sign or permission to finally pursue the things you are passionate about, this video is your sign. In this video, I share why overthinking and self-doubt are familiar friends we shouldn't allow to control our lives, how to remove escape routes to guarantee commitment, and how my unexpected journey into bonsai gardening proved to me once again that you have to start as a "noob" to ever become an advanced beginner.
