Ingredients
2 cans Trader Joe’s, coconut milk, yellow label
1 1/2 cups of long grain rice
Cinnamon sticks preferably the Mexican sticks ( rinse rice several times at water and cinnamon stick and allow to sit overnight)
3 cups dates ( place in water overnight)
If you don’t care for dates use the sweetener of your choice
Vanilla (optional )
Depending on you prefer end product will depend how much water you add.
