2) add twixtor pro
3) adjust settings
4) add speed keyframes
5) easy ease and change graph
6) pre-render and you're done with this

important shortcuts used:
• double click - to add the effect to the layer
• U - to reveal/see all the keyframes
• ctrl + (right/left) arrows - to move to another frame
• alt + drag - to extend multiple keyframes
