Steps include:
Log in to your NoteForms account.
Create a new form or select an existing Notion database.
Add your input fields (e.g., Will you attend the event? How many guests will you bring?).
Go to each field’s Settings → Logic tab.
Click Add Rule to set conditions (e.g., show this field only if “Will you attend?” = “Yes”).
For multiple conditions, use Add Rule Group to combine them.
Publish your form and connect it to your Notion page.
Conditional logic helps make your forms smarter and more engaging — only showing relevant questions based on your users’ answers. This keeps your forms cleaner, faster to complete, and improves response quality and completion rates.
