HOW TO ALIGN YOUR GRINDER: Shim Alignment Tutorial

Today, we are discussing burr alignment! Simply put, this is the process of making your burrs MORE parallel than when the grinder arrived at your door. Please make sure your grinder is CLEAN before shimming. If any grounds are in the way, even a single one, it can genuinely mess with your alignment. So, clean! Also, if the edges of your burrs are NOT flat, meaning they have ghost edges like the Fellow Ode v1.1, then do not attempt. Edges must be flat as shown in the video (thankfully, most flat burrs are).
