Watch the full video till the end to know more about it. Subtitles :- -------------- Hey guys, welcome back to NEXTGENBLOGGER and in this video I want to show you how to animate still image using keyframes in VSDC Video Editor. Now to start off, I've already opened up VSDC and I've also imported a demo image in the timeline. So this is my demo image present right here. Now first what we are going to do is we will zoom in on the face of Einstein and then we will keep the focus on the face of Einstein for some time and then we will move the focus from the face of Einstein to the face of this particular person right here and then we will keep the focus on the face of this person for some time and then eventually we will zoom out. Okay, so this is what I plan to do. Now to do it, we are going to make use of the crop effect. Okay, so double click on your image and now go to 'Video effects', go to 'Transforms', select 'Crop' and now click on 'OK'. Next look inside the 'Crop effect settings' which is present inside 'Properties window' and right here you're going to find this option called 'Crop mode' where currently 'Crop and resize' is selected. So that's fine, you don't need to make any changes inside this option. Next inside 'Aspect correction mode', currently 'Correction to smaller size' is selected. So that's fine as well. You don't need to make any changes inside this option. Now what you need to do is you need to change the 'Resize mode' from 'Linear interpolation' to 'Cubic interpolation' and now click on the three dots which is present on the extreme right of the 'Left' option and this will open up the Key editor. Now change the mode to 'Bezier curve'. Now let's start with the animation. So first as I said I want to zoom in on the face of Einstein. So let's say I want to zoom in on the face of Einstein from 1 second to 2 second. So move the cursor and place it at 1 second. Now add a keyframe in this particular position. Now move the cursor forward and place it at 2 seconds and now add another keyframe in this particular position. Now with this second keyframe selected you need to click on this option that is 'Crop tools' and this will enable the selection. Now resize this selection like this and place it on top of the face of Einstein. All right and so now if I play the video for you. So from 1 second to 2 second we are zooming in on the face of Einstein. Okay now next what I want to do is I want to keep the focus on the face of Einstein for 2 seconds. So from 2 seconds to 4 seconds I want to keep the focus on the face of Einstein. So to do that move the cursor and place it at 2 seconds. Now move the cursor forward by one frame and now add a keyframe in this particular position. Now let's zoom in like this so that I can properly see the keyframe. All right now with the third keyframe selected press the shift key and move this third keyframe on the right hand side like this. So I would like to place this third keyframe at 4 seconds. Okay so let me move this third keyframe on the right hand side and place it at 4 seconds and so now if I play the video for you right from the start. So from 1 second to 2 second we are zooming in on the face of Einstein then from 2 second to 4 second the focus is still on the face of Einstein. Okay next what I want to do is I want to move the focus from the face of Einstein to the face of this particular person right here and I want to do it from 4 seconds to 5 seconds. Okay so to do it move the cursor and place it at 4 seconds. Now move the cursor forward by one frame and now add a keyframe in this particular position. Now let's zoom in like this so that I can properly see this fourth keyframe. Now select this fourth keyframe press the shift key and move this fourth keyframe on the right hand side like this. I want to place this fourth keyframe at 5 seconds. So let me move this fourth keyframe on the right hand side and place it at 5 seconds like this and now move the selection from the face of Einstein to the face of this particular person right here and so now if I play this entire thing for you right from the start so from 1 second to 2 second we are zooming in on the face of Einstein then from 2 to 4 the focus is still on the face of Einstein then from 4 to 5 we are moving the focus from the face of Einstein to the face of this particular person right here. All right next what I want to do is I want to keep the focus on the face of this particular person for some time. And more...
