Salesforce is a great tool but it's not without limitations. That's where Google Sheets comes in. You can sync Salesforce reports directly into Google Sheets. Best of all, you can set it up to automatically refresh the data on a regular cadence. That way, you can set it up once and know that reporting is always current. One hurdle most people don't know how to get around is how to set up MULTIPLE reports with an auto refresh. This is because Google Sheets only allows for one automatic refresh per Google Sheet. There's a super easy work around though which I go over in the video using Import Range and Query. To learn more about Import Range, see https://youtu.be/buVm-MOoWD4?si=sWh7hcZ3BZUsM8lw To learn more about QUERY, see https://youtu.be/EAB_KiMCYsU?si=qCwjCu6EmLH0L9jm 00:00 - Intro 00:16 - Download Extension 01:00 - General Report Syncing 02:10 - Create an Automatic Refresh 02:35 - How to Sync MULTIPLE reports 04:16 - Improve Spreadsheet efficiency 05:17 - Circular Reference Hack 06:28 - Dynamic Circular Reference Hack 08:31 - Report Calculations 10:15 - Outro
