Maybe you have even bought some, but you don’t know how to turn them into jewelry. Well, we are here to take the mystery out of jewelry making. We are going to show you how to turn those gorgeous gemstone and crystal beads into a necklace. And you can use the same technique to make a bracelet, too! We'll show you how to combine two to three strands of beads to make your design. We'll show you what to put the beads on – bead stringing wire! It is a very soft, coated wire that doesn’t kink like regular wire. Here’s a video we made explaining bead stringing wire: Bead Stringing Wire For Jewelry Explained ► https://youtu.be/IYdgc3_oDa4 We'll show you how to string the beads onto the bead stringing wire, including a little tip using masking tape to keep the beads from sliding off. Then we will show you how to add a clamshell bead tip and a crimp to secure a toggle clasp. The tools you will need for this project are the basic trip of jewelry making: chain nose pliers, round nose pliers, and wire cutters.
