How to become better at competitive programming

"How can I get better at competitive programming?" is a question I'm often asked. In this lecture, I'll try to answer it. I prepared this talk for EUC 2026, but didn't record it properly, so I decided to repeat it at the ICPC training for NUP students. Hope you find it useful!
