Breaking might look intimidating, but when you start slow and break it down, you’d be amazed at what you can do with a bit of practice. We’re taking you on a crash course in some key breaking moves! This short workshop for beginners will give you a taster of this dance style.
Threading is something that can be done standing up or sitting down, and will exercise the brain as much as the body. Roy from The Ruggeds shows us how to use our limbs to create a needle and start threading! Build up speed and play with adding your own style.
