Planers are heavy, like really heavy. It's not a tool you want to be lugging around the shop. So I built a mobile cart for my Dewalt DW735. Nothing too fancy, just a simple box made from birch plywood. It features two large drawers and an open area for setting materials. You can never have too much storage in a woodshop.
