In this video HOW TO CHANGE YOUR OIL LEVEL SENSOR, i show how to change your oil , filter, and oil level sensor. This video was put together with easy to follow step by step instructions for the novice or beginner. The issue with bmws is that most no longer have a dipstick to check your oil level. This creates an obvious problem because without knowing how much oil there is could catastrophic engine failure due to lack of oil. The electronic dipstick reading is accessed through the controls by the steering wheel but fails quite often. The part replacement is a very easy DIY but you will have to change your oil and filter also being that it is on the bottom of the pan.
