How to check if objects are actively colliding - Enhanced Collisions Behavior - CONSTRUCT 3 TUTORIAL
Hey guys, long time no see! It's been a busy year for me, but over the past few months I've been cooking up something special! 🍳 I’ve developed my first addon for Construct 3: the Enhanced Collisions behavior. It gives you access to a variety of useful events and conditions to help you manage collisions between objects in your game more effectively. This behavior can detect geometric collisions (any collision that doesn’t rely on Physics or Solid behaviors) as well as Physics-based collisions. Unfortunately, collisions with Solid objects (like Platform, 8-Direction, etc.) aren’t supported yet. But if I see that people are genuinely interested and would benefit from Solid support, I’ll definitely look into adding it In this video, I'm going to show you two situations where this behavior really comes in handy. More specifically, I'll walk you through the "On collision end" event and the "Is colliding with itself" condition.
