How to create Contract using ERP
1.Go to HRMS and click Settings
2.now click on Contract Type.
here you can Add all the contract types your company uses (e.g., Full-time, Part-time, Freelance),
3.then click Save.
4.Next, go to HRMS and click Employee List
5.select the employee you want to assign a contract to.
6.Click on the Contract tab.
7.Choose the Contract Type,
8.enter the Start Date and End Date,
9.then click Save.
After saving, the system will show the number of days left until the contract ends.
Admins can easily track which contracts are about to expire and take action to renew or end them on time.
