In this video I show you how to use the OnKnowledgeRequested trigger in Copilot Studio to allow you to make custom knowledge sources. I use the example of ServiceNow where I might want to filter to only certain knowledgebases in ServiceNow Knowledge for the demo. This is not limited to ServiceNow, you can use any knowledge you want to make custom knowledge sources. I also go over how knowledge works in Copilot Studio to make sure you understand how we are hooking the system and even discuss the create search query node to make sure that you can ensure that the context of your conversation is maintained to your custom knowledge items. This is a commonly used feature that many don't know about.
