The first step is to install Visual Studio 2019 and install the Integration Services project extension. With Integration Services, a solution is like a container to group your SSIS projects and packages. An SSIS project groups together all the SSIS packages in the same project. Follow these steps to add create an SSIS project and add packages to it: 0:27 : 1. Open Visual Studio 2019 0:36 : 2. Create a new project 0:42 : 3. Select the Integration Services Project type 1:01 : 4. Configure the location of the new SSIS project 1:50 : 5. The project and package are opened in Visual Studio 3:05 : 6.
