How to create User Account in your Computer

Maintaining the privacy and safety of our own files and setting is difficult especially when we shared our computers with other users. The best way to keep and maintain it is to create a new user account that can also be used by other users separate from your own user account. In this video, I demonstrated how to create and delete a user account, explain the importance of creating it as well as the purpose of the Administrator account. A user account is a collection of information that indicates the files and folders you can access, the types of changes you can make to the computer, and your preferred appearance settings. if you have user accounts on your computer, you can maintain your own files and settings separate from other users. On the other hand, an Administrator account is created to have full access to the computer.
