There are multiple techniques for cutting a bottle, often with mixed results. The burning string method and scoring method with hot and cold water can cause the bottle to break in an undesirable way. If you’re cutting a thicker bottle or one that would be difficult to get a perfect score line on, you really need to use a wet saw. In this video, I’ll show you how to do that.
