Dear friends, In this tutorial, we will learn, how to design a wavelength division multiplexing system using Optisystem, In fiber-optic communications, wavelength-division multiplexing, or, WDM, is a technology which multiplexes a number of optical carrier signals onto a single optical fiber, by using different wavelengths of laser light, This technique enables us to get a high bit rate, and efficient use of fiber bandwidth.
