How to design DC drives for micro e-mobility

Micro mobility use has exploded in our cities and towns due to the pandemic, increased environmental scrutiny, and a cost-effective method for short commutes. Electric scooters, bikes, skateboards must be compact, light and powerful. The drive system must be proficient in dealing with rugged terrains and environments, rapid accelerations and have sufficient battery life/range to fulfil the daily needs of the end-user.
