This dry arroyo has hidden water flowing just beneath the surface. In this video, I dig through layers of flood gravel until I reach the clay where that unseen flow moves. By sealing the area with bentonite clay and a simple plastic dam, I’m developing a spring — one that will slowly fill, clear, and start to build pressure again. It’s a slow process, but every drop helps bring this land back to life.
