A great exercise for the abdominal area, especially the obliques, as demonstrated by Phil Dao, a Personal Trainer at El Camino YMCA in Mountain View, CA. Add a gentle twist to your sit up and watch your results increase. Work up to 2 sets of 10-12 repetitions. Remember to breath, to move with purpose, and to keep your movements smooth and always keep in mind, no exercise is perfect for everyone.
