In this video, I'll show you how to do a multi-level sorting in Excel. This means that you sort data by 2 or more columns. You can read more about it here: https://trumpexcel.com/multiple-level-sorting-excel/ When working with data in Excel, sorting the data is one of the common things you might have to do. In most of the cases, you need to sort a single column. But in some cases, there may be a need to sort two columns or more than two columns. There are two ways to do this - using the Sort dialog box and using the Sort icons. You can find these options in the Data tab in the Excel ribbon. In the Sort dialog box, you can specify the order of sorting. You can add a sorting level and then you can add more sorting levels below it. You can also use the sort icons, which needs to be used in the reverse order. So if you want to sort Column A and then Column B, you use the sort icon on Column B first and then use it in Column A. It is recommended to use the Sort dialog box as it less confusing and allows you to sort based on other parameters as well - such as cell color, font color, or cell Icon.
