How to do split rolls, forward and backwards!

It feels like it's been long since I did a tutorial so I decided to do one on "split rolls" this time! It's when you slide in and out of splits by getting down to the floor in between and sweeping one leg over the other. Hard to explain in a sentence, watch it instead! Personally I like it a lot and hope you will too, can be used as a floorwork move for example.
