The key is to be able to catch the weight of your body in a push-up. The other option when falling forward is to do a roll to disperse the force of the impact and turn into movement. As you get confident in your strength, you can start to practice forward falls from a low height, and then gradually increase the height. Make sure you always start on a soft surface so you don't hurt yourself as you practice your breakfall. #fallforward #breakfall #safetyathome #seniorfitness #safetyfirst #UprightHealth DISCLAIMER: The information presented in this video is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
