Move your After Effects script into this folder: Mac folder: /Applications/Adobe After Effects 2022/Scripts/ScriptUI Panels Windows folder is at C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC 2022\Support Files\Scripts\ScriptUI Panels
Right-click 'Download' and select 'Save Link As' if the file opens in a new tab.
