Many septic tanks have a heavy concrete clean out cover, buried a foot or more underground. They must be dug up and removed every 2-3 years to allow for a pump-out. In this video I'll show you how to replace that concrete cover with a plastic riser system which can either be buried just below the surface or be brought above the surface.
