How to INSTALL and USE "GNUPLOT" in WINDOWS using VS Code and implementing it in FORTRAN

In this video, I have shown how to install and use GNUPLOT in WINDOWS (my system has Windows 10) and then using it in a FORTRAN program (I have written the program using FORTRAN 90).
