For Windows, as an example:
(1) Copy/ paste "Maya_2015" from PullDownIt zip folder into C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2015\plug-ins
(2) Open .txt file and change the path to "+ Thinkinetic 3.0 C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2015\plug-ins\Maya_2015"
(3) Paste that edited .txt file into C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2015\modules
(4) Open Maya and load plugin.
