I got a little bit annoyed that my vacuum cleaner would continuously run when it was attached to my circular saw. So I thought it would be handy if I could make a gadget that would only trigger the vacuum cleaner once the saw was being used. And switched off as soon as I stop using the saw. So I came up with this simple master-slave power strip socket. This should be handy as it saves you a bit of electricity as well. Of course it's not only limited to power tools. It could be for example, be used to turn off a amplifier that's connected to the TV etc. #ElectronicsCreators
