​@KatrinaKay45 In this video I show you, step-by-step, how to create a flounce pattern piece from a basic skirt pattern. This is an easy design feature to add to skirts, tops or any type of garment. It's also an easy pattern piece to create. A flounce is similar to a ruffle because fullness will be added, but different in the way we add the fullness and in how it will be sewn. We will use the Cut & Spread Method to add fullness to our flounce pieces, which will be sewn to the bottom of a basic skirt.
