This is a very simple and easy traditional Bread pudding. it can be done in so many different ways but I wanted to give you that simple and easy peasy way.
3 eggs
French bread
cinnamon
nutmeg
half and half
heavy cream
vanilla extract
raisins
rum ( optional)
brown sugar
Butter
you can also substitute the heavy cream and half and half for regular milk
bake on 300 for about an hour
remove foil turn oven to 380 for about 15 more minutes and your done.
or bake at 350 for 35 minutes for.a.more dryer pudding...I like mines kinda moist and wet..lol
