If you do use white chocolate, I would advise tempering it. If using candy melts, I melt mine for one minute initially and then in 30 second bursts, resting for for 30 seconds inbetween each. As mentioned in the video, when making these in the future, I will use white chocolate as they need so much. FILLING: I used normal stuff Oreos and Lotus Biscoff spread in mine. You could fill with things like brownie bites or sweets/chocolates. I will definitely try a salted caramel along with the Oreo in the future. TOOLS: Besides the obvious moulds, there aren’t a lot of complicated tools needed. You’ll need an angled spatula or bench scraper and some plastic bowls for melting the candy melts. COLOURING: For these I coloured my candy melts myself, I mostly use Colour Mill colours for this. If you need to colour your chocolate, I mostly use candy colouring by either colour mill or sugar flair. It needs to be a colouring specifically for chocolate (also known as fat dispersible) as normal gel colours do not blend into chocolate and will cause it to seize.
