How to Make Coffee Mead. I love coffee, and I make a lot of mead... let's combine them! It's called a coffeemel, or coffeamel, but I really think coffee mead just makes more sense. It sounds simple at first too, but, there's a lot to think about here. What kind of coffee? How is it brewed? When do you add it?
