How to make Danny Phantom effects in Moho 13: Tutorial

This is a tutorial on how to make Danny Phantom effects in Moho 13, although I'm sure these same methods would work in other animation programs. IMPORTANT: I forgot to put this into the tutorial but to achieve the ghost glow effect the the Danny Phantom ghosts have, you'll want to make a second white outline with a soft edge and put it behind the layer that is to glow. This way it doesn't over lap with the layer but still appears to give off a glowing effect. I've been working on learning how to make this for the past 2 months and I find it a little ironic that in that same time frame a Danny Phantom graphic novel was announced (a bit of a cool coincidence though).
