These are the steps:
0:00 Pick some elderflowers
0:24 Cook 1l water with 1kg sugar
0:45 Add (organic) lemons and lemon juice
1:05 Cut the elderflowers
1:20 Soak for 48 hours
1:28 Take out the stuff
1:55 Filter the liquid
2:40 Boil
2:46 Bottle the sirup
Mix it with cold sparkling water!
Tipp: Sterilising the bottles and the funnel in boiling water prevents mold. Also make sure not to touch the top of the bottle with your hands while filling it!
