This is how I make Empire Biscuits. They turn out pretty nice!
For the biscuit, you will need:
250g Unsalted Butter
250g Plain Flour
125g Corn Flour
60g Icing Sugar
For the filling, you will need:
Raspberry Jam (seedless)
For the topping, you will need
Icing sugar
Glazed Cherries or sweets
