These Scones are easy to make and have a soft flaky inside. My family loves to eat it with jams and cream.
RECIPE:
Mix well with a food processor or rub in with your fingers.
-4 cups flour
-1/4 cup sugar
-pinch of salt
-100g butter or margarine
-2 heaped T of baking powder
When blended well add 2 cups of milk, fold it together gently.
Spoon into large muffin cups.
Bake in pre heated oven at 180dC or 350dF for 20 minutes.
