How To Make The Floating Folio Hinge Binding System

Here it is ladies, the how to tutorial to make my floating folio hinge binding system. This hinge can turn any mini photo album with the hinge system in the spine are, into a folio photo album. This hinge can be either placed on the right side of the folio 1/8 away from the spine, or the hinges on each end of the front and back cover.
