How to Paint Salamanders – Warhammer 40k – Tutorial

In this Video I am showing you how I paint my Salamanders for Warhammer 40k. While I like the GW approach on painting the classic green Salamanders armor, I also think its a bit boring and flat. With this scheme I tried to keep the overall feel of the GW look, but make it a bit more interesting and take the edge of the brightness. I really like how this came out and I also like the variety of tones this method opens up. Depending on what look you prefer you can choose to enhance a few of the steps or event leave them aside.
